Welcome!
I’m Colleen Russell, a passionate advocate for self-discovery, creativity, and healing through the transformative power of art.
With a Master’s degree in Depth Psychology, I’ve spent years delving into the mysteries of the psyche, exploring how our inner world shapes our outer lives. My academic and professional journey has been deeply influenced by the work of Carl Jung, as well as the expressive arts, which offer a profound pathway to self-awareness, healing, and transformation.
I am a 2010 graduate of a Jungian based BodySoul Leadership Training with Marion Woodman, where I learned to integrate somatic awareness, dream work, and creativity to help individuals connect with their authentic selves. This unique approach bridges the body and soul, honoring the wisdom of the unconscious while cultivating wholeness in both the inner and outer realms.
In addition, my expressive arts training has equipped me with tools to guide others in assessing their creative essence through a variety of mediums, including visual arts, writing, journaling, photography, movement, and mixed media. Art, for me, is the sacred practice that invites the soul to speak and the heart to heal.
Through my work I help individuals awaken their inner artists, uncover their true potential, and create lives that reflect their deepest values, dreams, and purpose. I believe that each of us is a masterpiece in progress, and by embracing our creative gifts, we can live more joyfully, authentically, and wholeheartedly.
